it powers up but there are some components of rods which are missing so in which the rods go and fit due that issue we cannot get power to rods and test if they are completely funtional or not. overall they seems fine not broke rest you can refer to pictures.

This item has been powered up although we do not have the expertise to tell if the machine is doing as intended. It shows signs of cosmetic wear due to previous use.
